Job title: JDA WFM Support Lead
Location: Reading (3 days onsite)
Salary: £80,000 to £90,000 + Benefits
Working hours: 40 hours per week
This is a senior, hands-on role supporting a critical Workforce Management platform within a large-scale logistics environment. You will be responsible for supporting BAU activities, configuring the system, troubleshooting issues and working closely with warehouse operations and integrated systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide functional support across BAU activities, including configuration, troubleshooting and batch monitoring
- Perform inbound, outbound and warehouse setup within the WFM platform
- Support integration with Time & Attendance systems
- Drive WFM architecture and key data points for inbound and outbound integration
- Work within defined support processes and SLAs, resolving issues within tight timeframes
Essential skills:
- JDA / Blue Yonder Workforce Management experience
- Experience supporting and enhancing WFM systems
- Strong understanding of workforce management within logistics / 3PL environments
- Experience with integrations (JDA Integrator / Connect, T&A systems)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within tight SLAs
Desirable skills:
- Exposure to TMS or wider logistics systems
- Experience in customer-facing or support-led environments
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
