Job description

We have partnered with a growth-stage enterprise SaaS business to hire an AI Product Manager. This company is not bolting AI onto an existing product and hoping for the best. They are rebuilding how their platform thinks, automates and serves users, and they need a PM who can lead that from the front. With serious engineering talent already in place and a leadership team that understands what AI can actually do, the conditions here are genuinely rare.

This role suits someone who sits comfortably between the technical and the commercial. You understand how AI systems work well enough to have credible conversations with engineers, and you understand users well enough to know which problems are actually worth solving.

About the role:

  • Own the AI product roadmap, defining and prioritising features that embed AI meaningfully into the core platform experience
  • Work closely with engineering, data science and design to take AI capabilities from concept through to shipped, production-grade features
  • Conduct deep user and market research to identify where AI can reduce friction, automate workflows and create measurable value for enterprise customers
  • Define success metrics for AI features, building evaluation frameworks that go beyond vanity metrics to measure real user and business impact
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear product narratives that resonate with customers, sales and executive stakeholders
  • Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, identifying emerging techniques and tools that could strengthen the product
  • Partner with GTM and customer success teams to ensure AI features land well and drive adoption across the customer base

About you:

  • 3 to 5 years of product management experience, with at least some of that spent shipping AI or ML powered features in a production environment
  • Strong enough technical understanding of AI and ML concepts to work as a genuine peer to engineering and data science teams
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering features that created measurable value for enterprise customers
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment where priorities evolve and ambiguity is part of the job
  • Sharp analytical mindset with experience using data to inform prioritisation, evaluate feature performance and drive decisions
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to align technical teams, commercial stakeholders and senior leadership around a shared vision
  • Familiarity with LLMs, agentic systems or workflow automation is a strong advantage
  • Based in the US or authorised to work in the United States
