You will work across projects, suppliers, and operational teams to ensure new and changed services meet acceptance criteria and are delivered into BAU smoothly and effectively.Key responsibilities:Coordinate end-to-end Service Transition activities across multiple projectsManage service acceptance, go-live readiness, and early life support activitiesWork closely with operational teams to ensure successful adoption of new servicesAct as a key stakeholder liaison throughout the transition lifecycleMonitor transition performance, KPIs, and reporting dashboardsIdentify and resolve complex transition issues and risksSupport continuous improvement initiatives across Service Transition processesProvide guidance and coaching to operational resolver teams where requiredSkills & Experience:ITIL Foundation certifiedProven Service Transition experience within complex IT environmentsExperience managing service acceptance and transition into live operationsStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skillsExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilitiesExperience documenting processes and proceduresStrong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levelsAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlinesIf you are available and interested, please apply in the first instance and you will be contacted to discuss the position further.
