Product Owner - Corporate Channels & Treasury
Job description
Involved Solutions has partnered on an exciting greenfield build in the UAE, and we're hiring a Product Owner to build the digital corporate banking experience from scratch. This covers the corporate web portal, client onboarding and KYC/KYB journeys, the CFO suite (cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring), API and host-to-host connectivity, and entitlements and access management. It's the layer every corporate client actually sees and uses, and the portal is the critical-path product everything else plugs into.
We're looking for a digital product professional who thinks in user journeys, not just requirements, someone equally comfortable in a UX review with designers and a sprint review with engineers.
About the role:
- Own the build of the corporate portal: multi-entity account views, real-time balances, entitlements, approval workflows, servicing journeys
- Shape onboarding and connectivity journeys, including KYC/KYB front-end flows and API/host-to-host connectivity
- Own the CFO suite and treasury intelligence products: cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, reporting
- Develop detailed BRDs/PRDs, journey maps, epics, and acceptance criteria that engineers and designers can build from
- Set the direction for your product area independently, spotting gaps and dependencies early
- Work across Tech, UX/UI, Ops, Risk, and Compliance to coordinate feasibility and integration
- Own the backlog and sprint cadence across a broad product surface
About you:
- 8-12+ years' experience, having owned a digital product end to end at a bank, fintech, or platform company, as a Product Owner or technical/digital owner, not a project manager
- Strong UX and journey sensibility, able to articulate what a great digital experience looks like and push tech and design to deliver it
- Technically fluent: comfortable working with engineering on APIs, event-driven architecture, entitlement models, and data pipelines, without needing to write code
- Experience driving delivery across multiple teams and stakeholder groups simultaneously
- Background in corporate digital banking, treasury technology, entitlement/access management, onboarding journeys, or API platforms is a strong plus
