The Requirement
Due to a combination of company growth strategy and organisational process improvement plans, we were engaged to help drive process improvements across the IT function, globally.
How we helped
We helped by embedding an experienced Senior Management team who had a proven track record of both project and service deliveries, in relation to both IT Strategy and end to end technical implementations. This encompassed IT Infrastructure Management & Leadership, to manage both the IT Department (to include Network Support & Infrastructure, CRM and Applications) as well and business change expertise to help helping to drive process improvement across the full IT function of the organisation.
By restructuring historically business aligned functions into hybrid teams supporting business agility with common reusable capabilities and processes, this enabled us to implement “community” based concepts to increase staff learning/mobility/career progression as the organisation moved to more enterprise class services. Key to this optimisation was the management of senior stakeholders to understand and promote the benefits of the approach.
