Our client, a fast-growing tech company, is hiring a Head of People & Talent to lead their people strategy, drive talent acquisition, and foster a thriving company culture. This role is ideal for an HR leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating an exceptional workplace environment.About the Role: The Head of People & Talent will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, optimizing HR operations, and strengthening the company's organizational culture in alignment with its growth ambitions. This role oversees all aspects of recruitment, employer branding, employee engagement, and compliance with UAE labour laws. As a key member of the leadership team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company has the right people, processes, and culture in place.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and growth trajectory.Foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance workplace culture.Develop and execute employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.Support leadership with talent development, career growth, and succession planning.Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract top tech talent.Develop proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for critical roles.Optimize hiring processes using data-driven recruitment methodologies.Strengthen the employer brand to attract top talent in the UAE and beyond.Ensure HR policies comply with UAE labour laws and industry best practices.Oversee onboarding, performance management, and professional development programs.Manage HR systems, payroll coordination, and employee benefits administration. About you:Minimum 6 years of experience in an HR leadership role, with a strong focus on talent acquisition in tech startups or high-growth companies.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification is a plus.Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, HR best practices, and UAE labour laws.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Data-driven approach to hiring and people management.Passion for building and scaling high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
