Our client, a diverse holding group, is on the lookout for a Head of Corporate Communications to join their team. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing comprehensive communication strategies, including public relations and social media, to enhance and fortify the group's reputation.As the organization broadens its presence across the GCC region, the Head of Corporate Communications will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive top-tier communication efforts.About the role:Develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with business goals and the company's vision, ensuring a robust market position.Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate them into the group's communication strategies as appropriate.Plan and execute major events for both business and leadership teams, ensuring high levels of engagement internally and externally.Manage public relations, including announcements, press releases, and crisis communications, to maintain a strong Group reputation.Collaborate with teams across the organization, including CSR & Sustainability, Digital, and Finance, to ensure cohesive messaging and communication.Lead and mentor the Communications team to ensure effective execution of all communication strategies. About you:At least 15 years of experience in corporate communications within the GCC region, preferably in a large corporate entity. Agency backgrounds are also considered.Demonstrated expertise in building and nurturing stakeholder relationships.Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in Arabic preferred
